Our oval 2 bolt flanged bearings in the UCFL series can be used in many applications, they are ready-to-install and easy to maintain. The extended inner ring is fixed to the shaft with 2 setscrews. In order for the ball bearing to be protected against moisture, dust and mechanical influences, it is equipped with rubber lip seals and a metal slinger on the outside.
The quality and quantity of lithium grease used in our ball bearings enables continuous operation in the temperature range from -30°C to 110°C. The bearing has a spherical outer ring, which means that the bearing can be easily replaced and compensate for angular errors in the construction. The bearing is maintenance-free during normal use, but can be relubricated if necessary.
Recommended shaft fit is h6-h9.
