Steel Housings
Steel housings are among the most commonly used in the machinery industry. Primarily constructed in cast iron, they are also offered in reinforced versions. These housings are suitable for mounting spherical ball and roller bearings with a clamping sleeve or cylindrical bore.
Our PTI versions are interchangeable with leading brands and can be replaced 1:1. We also provide solutions beyond the standard norms.
Split Housings
Our split housings, such as TVN and TN, are designed for the installation of spherical ball and roller bearings with a cylindrical bore. They can be used for carriage axles and regular steel housings. Depending on the construction, they can be mounted as split or fixed bearing versions.
BND housings are mainly made of cast steel and intended for spherical roller bearings.
Flange Housings
722500, TIL 500 K, and FCM500 are flange housings designed for the installation of spherical ball and roller bearings with a clamping sleeve. They come with a felt seal, and FCM 500 can also be equipped with a labyrinth seal and re-lubricated through a grease nipple.
722500 housings are available in both closed (version A) and open (version B) configurations.
I-120000 is designed for spherical ball bearings of the 11200 series.
Plummer Block Housings
HSPA series is made of cast steel and guided by rails in the conveyor frame.
SBL housings are ideal for double-sided fans and use spherical ball and roller bearings with a clamping sleeve. They ensure easy installation and radial adjustment of the impeller.
Pillow Block Housings
BL, BL-W, PDN, and PDNB are unitary housings designed for fans with two bearing seats, preventing the shaft from displacing.
DFL comes as a complete set with housing, shaft, angular ball bearings, and more. Angular ball bearings in the housing are grease-filled and designed for a calculated lifespan of approximately 20,000 to 30,000 hours.
