Bearing insert with fixation via set screws and extended inner ring.

This bearing insert is based on a closed, single-row deep groove ball bearing. It has an extended inner ring on both sides and is secured to the shaft using two set screws in the inner ring, making installation simple and fast. The shaft fit should generally be h6-h9.

The quality and amount of lithium grease used in our ball bearings allow for continuous operation in the temperature range from -30 to 110 °C. Relubrication is also possible in almost all types. The bearing features a spherical outer ring, making it easy to replace and compensate for angular misalignment in the design.
